When you start climbing the final kilometers before you enter the town, then you will start feeling the pleasant surprise that expect every visitor like secret behind green or white mountains. And when you get more close to the town, the town opens, and you can confirm the filing that you carried all the way. When entering the town from any side there is something beautiful like in the old stories: in the look, in architecture, in sunrise, in the forest or in the clear mountain sky.   The windows of the specific placed houses from the both side of the town and the forest around are taking the eyes of the visitor that climb this heights. The look of the visitor is attracted by the houses and the specific architecture which speaks when there are no songs and legends. From ordinary timber the old building workman’s from Krusevo make one harmonic composition a mosaic from architectural elements and live colors. The architecture of Krusevo house is significantly different from the one in the other Macedonian towns. The color of the houses is usually white-blue or yellow-white and they have lot of windows, big rooms inside and big wood doors. This houses with their specific place are making the architecture of Krusevo very characteristic.   In 1927 in Krusevo was the famous French architect Le Korbizje, and he look at the architecture in Krusevo with great respect and took his inspiration from the old Krusevos house.       |
